Medical what?

Medical Leave? Here at work you use your own sick/personal days and vacation time for your Medical Leave; hardley a medical leave. I guess you have to be disabled to actually get paid time off not using your time. Now I am really hoping I don't have endo so that I don't have to take all those additional days off from work and use MY TIME. Today at 1:30pm is my pre-op appt, I came in early to work (6am) so I can leave at 1200. Now I have to use my sick time for this docs appt which means more time taken away from my precious vacation time. A little ticked off about that!
